age requirements to arrive at office alone

Is there any written literature out there stating what age requirements are for teens arriving at office without guardian ?

It may be different in each state- 18 is usually the rule

Regulated by State

This would be regulated by your state law. I can only speak for Arizona where the patient has to be 18, except for certain things like birth control, sexually transmitted diseases, pregnancy, etc.
