Tetanus CODES

If patient is seen for cut on foot or has stepped on a nail. What tetanus and injection CPT codes do we use and is there a HCPCS codes that needs to be used? Also for another patient what codes would you use for preventive tetanus? Thanks

preventive vaccination against tetanus/diptheria V06.5. For CPT- for dT it is 90714, for Adacel or Boostrix it is 90715. Both get a 90471- admin of vaccine. If it is an injury use the ICD for the injury and the V code.
