Gamma Injections

I am having a lot of trouble with the J1460 code for gamma injections. Has there been a change in reimbursment for this injection. I used to get reimbursed for all of her injections, but since we have went to the new computer system we are getting denials with a reason code of CO-151 which is stating she is getting more than they allow and also the ones I am getting reimbursed for are coming in at a much lower rate. Pennies on the dollar (literally) Anyone have any suggestions??
