can a modifier be used for CPT code G0101(cervical or vaginal cancer screening) & Q0091(obtain/prepare screening pap smear: convey to lab with CPT code 99385 (preventive care)

but you don't need to - they clear without the modifier as long as they are linked to a proper diagnosis like V76.2. You may (will) get denied if you link to V70.0
