Should PAs billing "incident to" be credentialed?

credentialed by whom? If they are to work at the hospital with the doctor, the hospital will require them to go thru credentialing.

I am employed with a primary care phy and each insurance is different. You'll have to contact the insurances you are par with to find out each of their procedures for billing for a PA.
