No;
both are different lengths of time for the same type of service contact.
and the code is generally determined by length of time OR by the type/medical complexity of the contact.
You must choose one or the other, . . . or the provider must determine (if you are attempting to account for total time?) if an add-on code like psychotherapy, or Interactive Complexity, is approp to the contact.
