medicare 83036

Recently i have been receiving letters from medicare in regards to 83036 needing more information...is this something new with medicare. Whats the take on this.

Is your CLIA license on file with CMS? Did you add QW? There is also a frequency edit. DO you do them more than every 3 months?

Yes, it is. You place it on your claim when you perform lab work.
