minor surgery dermatology

My Primary Provider DX wart and sends the Patient to the Dermatologist for the
wart removal. My question is can the Dermatologist bill for a consult or an E/M visit
Both Providers are under the same tax id number. Please help.

the diagnosis is established and the patient was sent specifically for the removal, not for an evaluation and recommendation

wart removal only

For a minor skin procedure, with an established diagnosis, bill only for the procedure.
