Please Help

my physician written the diagnoses in the impression note as following

1. aspiration with acute bronchospasm.

2. status post colonoscopy

3. history of asthma

4. penicillin allergy

i choose 507.0 for diagnosis one mentioned above. And, i don't know how to code the 2nd and 3rd diagnoses. i've no clue.

Please help me in this regard

ignore hx of colonoscopy, V12 series for hx asthma, no reason to code allergy to PCN
