New billing code

One of our physicians mentioned a new billing code he was alerted to that covers teh management of patients with coagulation problems. It is not a lab code fro anti-coagulation measurement but a code that accounts fro teh physicians time to manage the problem. Do such a code exist ? ?

There is a code to report if the patient self-monitors at home that can be reported. 99363 every 90 days it cannot be used for pts who have home care testing them or in nursing homes, etc.
