In situations where you place a single order(86003)for the same CPT® code multiple times, would you use modifier 59? This happens most often with allergy testing where the same CPT® is reported multiple times for the different antigens being tested.

use the Units box. If you are doing a knee replacement and appendectomy, you use -59
