92526 in alf

My client, an slp, has billed 92526 (treatment of swallowing function) in an alf, POS 13. Medicare Part b denies, indicating invalid POS. I cannot see why this is so, and they denied the appeal as well. If anyo9ne knows why this code/pos does not pay I'd appreciate your knowledge, thank you.

they treat that as a home and home care services like speech therapy should be arranged by a Home Care provider and billed by the Home Care company, not the individual therapists.
