Physical Therapy

Can you bill Medicare for physical therapy using two different Severity Modifiers for the same Physical Therapy treatment session. (POC)

A. Example using two different severity modifiers: G8978.CK.GP
G8979.CJ.GP

B. Example using one severity modifier: G8978.CK.GP
G8979.CK.GP

As I understand it, B seems to be correct. Others believe A to correct.
