I would like to ask what is the difference between 4010 and 5010, ICD9 to icd 10.. Pls help!! thanks

5010- is the new standard for submitting encounter data to insurers
ICD10 is International classification of diseases, 10th revision. It puts diagnoses into a form that can be interpreted by computers and shared rather than descriptions of the diseases.

ok.. But is it the same CMS form to be used for medical? CMS-1500.
Do we need to learn for it as we are the biller?
And do codapedia offer this training, do you have it online training?
