Billing Pap on visit after CPE

A patient comes in for her preventative vist. A breast exam is performed but the pelvic/pap is deferred as the patient is menstruating. The patient returns for the pap/full genitourinary exam. What is the correct way to bill for both visits (more specifically the pap visit, as the breast exam was performed during the CPE) when in regards to G0101?

Which insurance does the patient have?

These are hard to get paid because you don't have a second diagnosis either. You can try a low level office visit. If you used v70.0 for the first you might be paid for v72.31 for the second. The ov will be low based on key components. Co-pay needed. Many insurers only pay one preventive service per year.

or...bill the first visit with V70.0 and the second with V72.31 and hope their preventive benefit is limited by $ not number of visits.
