We are billing for 85611 for anticoagulation therapy. I keep getting rejections because it says we are not CLIA certified, when in fact we are. Can someone help and advise me how to start correcting this problem. I have been batteling this for awhile now.

that is the complex test- 85610QW is the office Protime
