xolair

Has anyone research the use of 96401 for the administration of xolair in the physician's office. Michigan, WPS Medicare is our carrier. I am seeing conflicting advice between using 96401 and 96372.

Because Xolair® is a monoclonal antibody, the use of CPT code 96401 is permitted.
