Does anyone know of a, or where I can find a good resource for Pulmonary Medicine coding guidelines, without spending a fortune on specialty books.

I also code for Pulmonary. 9 times out of 10, I can find the National or Local Coverage determinations on CMS website for whatever it is I am trying to code. Such as, allowed units, modifiers needed and covered diagnosis.

I usually use the "advanced search" by code.
