Welcome to Medicare

I need to bill for a "Welcome to Medicare, G0402" but what diagnosis code can I use? Also, the patient is being seen for "Allergy, Rhinitis, cough".
How would I bill this visit? Is it: G0402

v70.0 to the G code, and you are correct with the 99213-25

So please confirm that if we see a Medicare patient for a Welcome to MCR physical we can also bill for an office visit with another diagnosis code and simply bill 99213-25 with approproate dx code and then G0402 with V70.0.

That is correct. You can bill both when the regular visit is medically necessary.

I was looking for information on the annual wellnes exam as well. Do you use dx code v70.0 with G0438/G0439 also?

Yes V70.0 with G0438 and G0439.
