Explore surgical site to control post operative bleed

Our physician did an I&D of a perirectal abscess & performed a fistulotomy. The following day the patient was having post-operative bleeding. Physician states he "performed surgical site exploration with suture ligation of artery, cautery, and application of hemostatic agent", and he's wondering what CPT® this would be.
Any ideas?
He specifically states in the note "an artery with a small, pinpoint opening was identified, this was cauterized. I then suture ligated this vessel & applied hemostatic agent"
Thanks for your time
