Spirometry and preventative visit

I'm having an ongoing problem of UHC bundling a routine physical with 94010. (spirometry) Per CCI edits, no modifier is required on either code. Any ideas on why I'm having this problem? Thanks

because there is no indication for doing spirometry as part of a routine physical. You need a diagnosis that fits, not V70.0
