remission

This is a question where the answer depends on individual case and documentation. Remission is a period of time when the cancer responds to treatment or is considered under control. In complete remission, all symptoms or signs of the disease disappear. Partial remission describes a condition when the cancer shrinks but clinically does not disappear. Remission can last from several weeks to several years; complete remission can be considered a cure when it lasts for many years.

Nancy is so technical sometimes!

If it is recent diagnosis and the doc is following up for the cancer, I would use the 202 range, possibly 202.9 range. NHL is a broad group of cancers so it is hard to get more specific...
