How to bill G0181

I am getting denial for this code. Does anyone know how to bill with CPO code.

You need POS office, diagnosis and then use G0181. I think Medicare is the only one that will pay this.

The new rule in short states that the face-to-face encounter occurs in the specified timeframe of 90 days prior to the start of care or 30 days after the start of care and the documentation is completed before billing.

There has also been changes in billing these codes for this year so make sure not only the billing, but the documentation meets the new standards. You can also go on your medicare website and maybe do a search for CPT® g0181 or look up the LMRPs.
