pre op testing

Patient came in for EKG and bloodwork one day and than came backthe next day for the consultation. Can we bill the EKG and bloodwork with V72.84 primary or should we bill the reason for the surgery primary?

Was the patient referred for clearance by the surgeon or self-referred? What is the medical problem? What is the surgical problem?
