coding a consult performed during patient observation stay

How to properly code this:
Trauma service admits a patient to observation on 9/13 in evening. They discharge 9/16. During the patient's stay, I am consulted on 9/14 for "medical co-management". I see the patient 9/14 initially, then 9/15, and 9/16. Assuming all intermediete level of care and documentaiton (eg: 99213 level), I think it's 99218, 99225, 99225 but I am not confident. Help appreciated

The only other thing is if patient was not Medicare or Cigna you could bill 99243 and subsequent days 99213 since you weren't the admitting physician.
