DRX9000 Spinal Decompression table

Has anyone had any luck billing this therapy as part of a physical therapy program performed by a PT? My Doc spent a ton of money buying this unit and now wants to bill to insurance. I want to code correctly. Can anyone help?

Drx

We have had our table for a long while. The only carrier that we have found that will cover it is Ohio BWC. My doctors did not want to charge high fees but wanted their patients to try the machine to see if they would benefit. We set a reasonable self pay fee and usually limited them to 10 visits so it was affordable. It did not take us long to cover the cost of the machine and we get a lot of area business because some other providers charge thousands of dollars.
