2010 physician fee schedule

Has it been permenately decided that medicare will be reducing the amount reimburses for physician fees in 2010

nothing is permanent

So far there has been no fix to the pay cut. The House just today passed a defense bill with an amendment blocking the cuts and the Senate acts later this week on the bill. But..it is for only a two month delay in cuts. So the battle continues
