Two of our three doctors are interested in participating in PQRI, but the third doesn’t want to.   How will that work?

Successful PQRI reporting is measured based on NPI, that is, by the individual physician or other eligible professional.  The bonus is paid to the practice, based on the tax ID number.  The reports separate out which physicians/eligible professionals were successfully and are receiving the bonus.  This allows individual physicians to elect to participate, even if the entire group does not.
