1.     As a CPT® Assistant subscriber, if you have a question that is directly
related to CPT® Assistant, they will answer it.  Questions can be e-mailed to cptassistant@ama-assn.org with subject - call for letters and to attention of Gloria Green per the CPT® Assistant. They ask that you limit questions to no more than 100 words and include no patient identifying info. Only questions selected for publication will be answered and any op reports or notes sent will not be returned.

2.     If you have a general coding question, and you am calling on
behalf of a physician who is a member of the AMA, they will answer it.

3.     If you have a general coding question, and you am not calling on
behalf of a physician who is a member of the AMA, you will have to sign up to
the CPT® Network to get my answer.
